• Wallet Address — When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is recorded. This is a public blockchain identifier and does not constitute personal information.
• Deposit Submissions — When you submit a deposit, we record the amount, token, network, and wallet address you provide.
• Transaction History — Records of your deposits, withdrawals, and rewards claims are stored to display your portfolio.
• Usage Data — We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected via Analytics.

• To process and display your deposits, withdrawals, and earnings
• To allow our admin team to confirm and manage transactions

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — anonymised site traffic analysis. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Binance Public API — live cryptocurrency price data. No user data is transmitted.
• MetaMask / Phantom — wallet connection providers. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

7. Blockchain Data

Please be aware that blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. Any transaction you conduct on-chain is visible to anyone. ArcFinance has no control over blockchain data and cannot modify or delete on-chain records.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your off-chain data by opening a support ticket
• Disconnect your wallet at any time
• Clear your local browser data at any time

9. Security Warning

ArcFinance team members will never initiate a direct message to you first. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet approval outside of the official Platform. Only trust links posted in the official links channel on our Discord and Telegram. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from ArcFinance, treat it as a scam.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
