1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArcFinance ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and participants.

2. Description of Service

ArcFinance is a multi-chain liquidity and yield farming platform that allows users to deposit digital assets into liquidity pools and farming strategies to earn yield. All deposits and withdrawals are processed manually by the ArcFinance team via verified wallet addresses.

3. Eligibility

You may not use the Platform if you:

• Are located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency platforms is prohibited
• Are under the age of 18
• Are acting on behalf of a sanctioned entity or individual

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be sent to the wallet address displayed in the Platform after submitting a deposit request
• Only send the exact asset and network specified. Sending the wrong asset or network may result in permanent loss of funds
• Deposits are confirmed and credited within 60 minutes of on-chain confirmation
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of submission during business hours
• A withdrawal fee of 0.05% applies to all withdrawals
• ArcFinance reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals

5. Yield & Returns

APR rates displayed on the Platform are estimates based on current pool conditions and are subject to change. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Yield farming and liquidity provision carry inherent risks including but not limited to market volatility, impermanent loss, and smart contract risk.

6. Risk Disclosure

By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and prices can change rapidly
• You may lose some or all of your deposited funds
• Regulatory changes may affect the availability of the Platform in your jurisdiction
• Technical issues, including server downtime, may temporarily affect access to funds

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Impersonate ArcFinance team members or create fraudulent communications
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Submit false deposit claims or fraudulent transaction data

8. Security

ArcFinance will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password. We will never initiate direct messages to users. All official communications are made through our verified Discord and Telegram channels. Report any suspicious activity immediately via our support channels.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on the Platform is the property of ArcFinance. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds due to market conditions, user error, or third-party wallet issues.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
